Once upon a time, there was a garden of gin dreams; the Wunderbar of Sophistication.
Uniting the delicacy of Monkey 47 gin, with some of the best drink makers around, the Wunderbar of Sophistication will bring you something extremely special.
Taking a nod from the classics, with a twist from the new world, we will take you on a delicious, immersive, escape. Step through the garden and into an entire new world, familiar to what you have known before – but somehow different to the usual.

Sloe Gin Fizz
	
	
- 60 ml Schwarzwald Sloe Gin
 - 30 ml fresh lemon juice
 - 10 ml sugar syrup
 - Soda water (to top)
 
- Add all of the ingredients except the soda water to the shaker, fill with ice cubes and shake vigorously for around 15 seconds.
 - Strain into a chilled fizz glass or over ice into a highball glass and top up with 20 to 30ml of soda water.
