There’s no event quite like the Indie Spirits Tasting, and it rolls into Sydney in just five weeks time during Sydney Bar Week.
Here’s the killer stats: there’s some 150-plus brands that will be available to taste on the day at Restaurant Hubert, with some 45 exhibitors and 25 — yep, count ’em — Australian distilleries being represented on the day.
The Indie events have become a great platform for launching new brands into the market and we are thrilled that the team from Enoteca Sileno – who specialise in all things Italian – have chosen to launch their new range of Sardininan craft spirits at Sydney this year. The Silvio Carta range features three gins, a liqueur and a vermouth.
