Suntory are now showcasing a couple of stellar gins that’d be a great addition to your range. Gin Mare is a hand blended, super premium Gin distilled in a 19th Century chapel in a small fishing village near Barcelona on the Costa Dorada in Spain. With distinctly Mediterranean notes from botanicals such as Arbequina Olives, Thyme, Basil, and Rosemary this gives a very distinctive taste that is perfect for a Martini or gin cocktail base.
Their other offering, Caorunn Gin, has a distinctly Scottish theme and comes from the team behind Balmenach malt whisky.
The distillery stands on historic soils near to the iconic Spey River and has been created by Balmenach’s distiller and gin aficionado, Simon Buley. Caorunn represents a naturally balanced blend of eleven hand picked botanicals, including the five unique Celtic botanicals.
