Greg Sanderson (ex Black Pearl & The Attic) is heading up the new EDV in Melbourne as General Manager and co-owner.
Now open and trading Sanderson pulled together an A-list team, including; Sean Baxter, Merlin Jerebine and Kash Wall. “We started looking around January this year and took a while to find a site,” Sanderson explained. “We believe that we’re in an amazing location surrounded by the top end of town which is perfect for what we believe we will be offering.
“Food will be a big focus at the new haunt with a full industrial kitchen and two full time chefs pumping out a mix of tapas, and degustation style dishes. Cocktails will remain the centre piece however, with a ‘massive spirit selection’ assured for the bar.
The familiar and alluring Todd White artwork that hangs in the Sydney venue will also be hung in Melbourne. Eau de Vie (Melbourne), 1 Malthouse Lane.
