Paul Schell has reentered the Sydney nightclub scene, as General Manager of AND nightclub “I am very happy to be back in Sydney,” Schell stated to Bartender magazine. “AND is a departure from traditional venue design for me, this time I have used a venue’s space to feel more like a series of large format art installations.” Schell was behind previous iconic venues such as Ruby Rabbit and De Nom – an exclusive 80 capacity venue, inspired by 18th century French style, “AND is a joint venture between myself and Hotel Pursuits Group owner, Andrew Lazarus,” Schell stated.
