Max Greco from Sydney’s award winning cocktail bar Eau De Vie (Cocktail bar of the Year at the 2012 Australian Bar Awards), is going solo by opening his own venture in Surry Hills. Little House, as the venue will be called, is set to be a rock ‘n’ roll cocktail bar taking over the site that currently houses South American restaurant Boteco (421 Cleveland Street, Surry Hills).

The 50 capacity bar will offer salsicce (Italian sausage) hotdogs, wings and a mozzarella plates to complement Greco’s drinks offering of old school classic cocktails with a touch of Italian flavour. Bourbon, rum and tequila will be the spirits of choice to imbibe while rocking out to 1970s, ’80s and 90s rock anthems. In four words Greco describes the place as “Classic. Loud. Italian twist.” Little House is set to open in the first week of December.
