Sydney is going to see some tequila appreciation this month, when on the 24th, Surry Hills bar Tio’s Cerveceria hosts Australia’s best tequila suppliers for a free tasting in celebration of World Tequila Day.
It’s the second such free tasting the Tio’s team has hosted — they held a celebration of all things mezcal back in March — and it promises to be a chance to speak with passionate suppliers of tequila and to taste some fine tequila you may not otherwise have a chance to.
It will also be an opportunity to taste the eats from the new Ghostboy Cantina residency at Tio’s.
