The good folks at PosiPour have got a new flavour in their range of fine French syrups from Routin 1883, and it’s all about the popcorn.
An aroma of light, popped corn is evident from the first pour, and completed with the buttery notes of popcorn on the palate, opening up into cooked and vanilla notes before finishing with distinct grilled and caramelised characters on the finish. Use it as a substitute for sugar in any number of drinks — we think it’ll give a playful twist to those drinks on the tiki side of the spectrum.
