The STARWARD Cocktail Constellations competition has opened for entries. STARWARD Distillery, based in Port Melbourne, is proud of utilising local ingredients. They champion using local red wine barrels from wineries in regions such as the Yarra and Barossa valleys. They take pride in sourcing 100% of their barley from Australia. With this pride of provenance in mind, STARWARD want to hear what’s iconic to where you live. Here’s what you stand to win, and what you’ve got to do to be involved.
2018 CRITERIA
All drinks must tell the story of what’s locally iconic from where you call home , have no more than six ingredients and showcase the character of STARWARD’s spirit. Applicants must stock STARWARD and be able to replicate the drink in 15 minutes at the finals.
FIRST PRIZE
The 2018 Cocktail Constellations Trophy, flights to STARWARD Distillery, a weekend of accommodation in Melbourne, Your very own unique STARWARD whisky blend upscaled with our teams help into 10 x 700ml bottles for you to take home. A bespoke STARWARD Cocktail Kit & Leather Roll.
