Just when you thought there was enough going on at Sydney Bar Week, another event joins the schedule.
This one should be a good one too, because one of New Zealand’s finest bartenders, Barney Toy, is bringing a taste of the bar he co-owns, Clipper, to Sydney Bar Week.
Toy is teaming up with Bondi’s Rosenbaum & Fuller for this special event, which is taking place own Sunday 15 September.
