Get a look at the talks lined up for the Whiskey Roadshow at Bar Week

This year the Whiskey Roadshow takes over three floors of the Potts Point Hotel.

Back for its third year, the Whiskey Roadshow returns to day five of Sydney Bar Week, but this year we’ve got a new venue: we’re taking over three levels of the Potts Point Hotel with Level One for tastings, Boogie Mountain for seminars and Sweethearts Rooftop for pizza and beers.

More than a dozen of Australia’s best whisky distributors will be showcasing a number of brands on the night, marking it the perfect way to cap off a big week of bar culture. Companies involved in the event include: Nikka Whisky, Dewar’s, Craigellachie, Slane Irish, Jack Daniels, Woodford Reserve, Ironbark, Dead Mans Fingers, Ardbeg, The Pogues Irish Whiskey, Yardhead, The Boutique-y Whiskey Company, Les Nouveaux Distillers, Chivas Regal, Bushmills Distillery, Fever Tree Mixers, the Sazerac Company, Kavalan Whisky, Glenallachie & Westward Whiskey.

You can get tickets to the Whiskey Roadshow for just $55 (plus booking fee), and they get you access to sample any of the whiskies on offer, snacks, and entry to the three whisky seminars taking place that night — to get your ticket, click here.

This is just one of the 38 great events lined up over five days of Sydney Bar Week, taking place between Saturday the 14th and Wednesday the 18th of September. It’s set to be the biggest Bar Week ever — get over to barweek.com.au and get your RSVPs and tickets sorted before they run out.
