There is more to the Wunderbar of Sophistication than just the beloved Monkey 47. Behind every great event, there is a greater cocktail, a skilled cocktail maker, working with an exquisite spirit.
This combination is the essence that the Wunderbar of Sophistication is built on, so we have partnered with two of the best. Sydney’s very own, and our host venue for the evening, PS40, and Melbourne’s infamous and beloved, The Everleigh, to bring you a menu designed just for you and this very special event.
Taking a nod from the classics, and a twist from the new world, we will take you on an immersive, delicious, escape from the norm. Step through the garden and into an entire new world, familiar to what you have known before, but somehow different to the usual.
Many before have strived to find the secret garden within the Wunderbar of Sophistication. There is more than meets the eye on arrival. Some will be invited to this extra special world, and others are encouraged to explore and find it. We invite you to take your adventure into the Wunderbar of Sophistication into your own hands.
