  • 30 ml Widges Gin
  • 30 ml oloroso sherry
  • 30 ml Mancino Vermouth Secco
  • 10 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
  • 5 ml absinthe
  1. Rinse a rocks glass with the absinthe.
  2. In a mixing glass, stir down remaining ingredients.
  3. Strain over quality ice in the absinthe-rinsed glass.
  4. Garnish with a fat lemon twist.
