In Australia we are lucky to have such a large variety of climates that we can produce almost anything we want. Whether it be gins, rums, whiskeys or vermouths, Australia does it and does it well. Craft distilling was once just a hobby but is has now grown into a strong industry and community, all of which is on show at Indie Brisbane. Multi-award-winning team at Archie Rose will be returning in all their glory showcasing their excellent variety. As well as Brix Distillery with their range of products that are skilfully produced in a Sydney neighbourhood.
