This pocket-size, walk-in only wine bar in Surry Hills was Inspired by some of the world’s most iconic wine bars such as London’s Sager + Wilde.
Co-owner Patrick Frawley (formerly of Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, Restaurant Story London and Terroirs wine bar London) has put together the 55-strong wine list (including 11 drops available by the glass). His focus is on supporting low-intervention producers, with lots of natural and orange wines. There is also s selection of vermouth and a few native ingredient cocktails if you’re not into the grape juice.

The other co-owner, Nelson Cramp is on food duty, prepping most dishes over coals, serving larger plates like grilled blue mackerel with crémé fraiche or glazed pork ribs with Lokal pickles. There are of course bar snacks and cheese and charcuterie.
