ON-PREMISE PRE–MADE COCKTAIL SOLUTION
Based on demand for a ready-to-pour, volume cocktail solution, the on-premise range was released earlier this year.
This new range enables any venue to become a cocktail venue, and for high-volume bars, a fast, efficient, quality solution to remove the pressure from bar staff, reduce labour requirements and deliver attractive margins to drive profitability.
We’ve done the hard work to craft perfectly blended cocktails in our Melbourne distillery, cocktails that remain fresh and deliver a quality product in venue for up to 6 weeks from opening. All you need is an ice-cold shaker and glass, and you have a consistent cocktail bar quality serve every time.
The range includes 700ml bottles and a 5 Litre bag in box, best used in partnership in venue.
The easy to store, 5 Litre “Bag in Box” Pre-Made Cocktail program provides a high margin solution to refill your existing Melbourne Martini bottles to support your cocktail menu. This program minimises the carbon footprint of disposing of empty bottles repeatedly whilst additionally maximising gross profit via a competitive price point.

We have sourced, roasted and brewed the highest quality beans from around the world to make up our unique cold drip Espresso Martini and partnered it with an indulgent salted caramel.
Tommy Margarita
Our Tommy Margarita tastes like a sun-soaked holiday. Terrifically tart & tangy, courtesy of Australian limes, this zesty Marg will put you straight into fiesta-mode. We have sourced and squeezed Australian grown Limes and blended with 100% Agave Tequila & Agave Nectar to make our unique ready to drink Tommy Tequila Margarita.
Amaretto Sour
Sweet, sour and always refreshing, this zesty crowd-pleaser is a beautiful blend of Australian grown lemons and the superb headiness of locally distilled amaretto. We have sourced and squeezed Australian-grown lemons and blended with amaretto to create our signature ready-to-drink & gluten-free amaretto sour. Crisp, bright, refreshing, sweet & sour. Notes of almond, candied cherries & fresh Australian lemons.
