Our Bag-in-Box program can complement your existing cocktail menu to bring in strong net profit, reduce pressure on bartenders, or even introduce cocktails to the mix for the very first time with unsurpassed consistency and minimal staff training.

The program focuses on easy-to-store, 5-litre boxed cocktails that can be decanted into a venue’s existing 700ml Melbourne Martini bottles. Remaining fresh for up to six weeks from opening, our bag-in-box cocktails contain the same premium quality ingredients that are found in our jars: proprietary cold drip coffee, Australian citrus, organic sugars and our very own spirits and liqueurs distilled locally in Melbourne.
As part of the program, our classics are delivered to your bar ready to pour. Simply pour 120ml/90ml (depending on the expression) of any Melbourne Martini cocktail into an ice-cold shaker, shake, then serve. Not only are our Bag-in-Box cocktails a higher-margin option, but they produce lower waste from bar service and are more sustainable in preventing the continual disposal of empty bottles.
