The Bass & Flinders’ Winter Gin is a unique combination of two finely distilled spirits; apple brandy and a triple distilled grape-based gin. The gin combines the flavours of juniper and warming winter botanicals including nutmeg, star anise, cinnamon, orange, & native pepper berry.
For owners Denis Sheahan, Andrew Baturo and Paul Piticco, their newly opened Walter’s Bar & Steakhouse represents something of a longstanding dream come true.

The 2018 Negroni Week will kick-off in just a few days and bartenders all around Australia are getting ready to celebrate the iconic Negroni cocktail and raise a glass for a good cause. 250 venues have already registered to support a charity of their choice by donating a portion of their Negroni sales between the 4th and 10th of June.
