We live in a world that is spoilt for choice in craft spirits. Now, more…

Alberto Mason, the grandson and producer of the eponymous distiller Silvio Carta, will embark on a grand tour of top cocktail venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth between 8 and 18 July.
Silvio Carta uses ingredients like elicriso, native to Sardinia, to give a scent to their gins that is wholly their own. And they make for some delicious drinking classic cocktails, too, as shown here by The Barber Shop’s Cristiano Beretta.
As a specialist in food and beverages of the finest quality from Italy, Enoteca Sileno proudly presents the artisanal spirits and liqueurs of Silvio Carta to the Australasian market.
The Vermouth Carta29 rosso and bianco are both made using Vernaccia wine with a combination of local Sardinain botanicals such as elicriso (Helichrysum italicum). The rosso also contains foraged mirto (myrtle).
The Indie events have become a great platform for launching new brands into the market and we are thrilled that the team from Enoteca Sileno – who specialise in all things Italian – have chosen to launch their new range of Sardininan craft spirits at Sydney this year. The Silvio Carta range features three gins, a liqueur and a vermouth.
