Seamstress / SweatShop has announced that David Hobbs will be joining their team as General Manager at the end of January. David is leaving his position of Bar Manager at Milk & Honey in London after over 2 years.
Some of the Melbourne industry folks may remember David from his year as Bar Manager at Ginger, Fitzroy in 2007. David brings a wealth of experience and energy from 9 years in the bar and restaurant industry working with some of the UK’s biggest names and operators.
David says; “I am delighted to be returning to Australia to work with Anthony and Jason at Seamstress. They have created an amazing venue that has been drenched in creativity and passion by all involved. I look forward to helping the bars continue to grow and evolve.”
