James Miller and James Wirth have certainly made another good move on the Sydney bar scene with this latest opening coming ‘on-line’ just as 2010 came to an end. A short walk from Central Station and within a stones throw of venues like the Sydney Football Stadium and the Belvoir St Theatre to name a couple, The Norfolk Hotel is providing Surry Hills with a great option for a night out. Complimented by the growing number of bars and restaurants that this part of town is developing, The Norfolk Hotel is proving to be a huge hit with locals as well – perhaps it’s the ‘no pokies’ policy that they went with? There are two main bars; the Sports Bar and the Lounge Bar as well as a stunning beer garden that is sure to get a workout throughout the year (once this awful weather fines up anyways!) Inside it’s a bright and eclectic mix of design and décor courtesy of the ‘Doer of Deeds’ Mr Michael Delany-Korabelnikov,  with the main bar in dominating the pub’s front area making it the ideal place to settle in for a session.
