There’s a shake-up in New York’s bar scene with Aussie ex-pat Sam Ross set to head up a new inner-city venture on the current Milk & Honey site.

“Milk & Honey is moving,” says owner and founder Sasha Petraske. “We are in the process of looking for locations in Midtown and once we are open, we will convert the space at 134 Eldridge Street to a less formal venue that serves the same quality of cocktail.”

“It will be called Attaboy,” Petraske informed Bartender,  “and Michael Mcilroy and Sam Ross will be the operating partners.”
