There’s just one week until Jenna Hemsworth hits Amsterdam & the global final of BACARDÍ Legacy

Jenna Hemsworth along with forty-two other bartenders, representing forty-nine countries, will travel to Amsterdam in May hoping to impress some of the most influential names in the industry and win the 11th BACARDÍ LEGACY Global Final.

Guests attending the Grand Final on May 14 at Rode Hoed, located in the heart of Amsterdam’s historic canal district, will be joined by a huge global audience who will tune in live to see the winner announced. A panel of top talent from the drinks industry, including Julie Reiner, Yael Vengroff, Yao Lu and Ian Burrell, will decide who takes home the coveted trophy.

We’re going to see LEGACY cocktails using the recently released BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro rum for the first time; current and evolving rum cocktail trends as well as the incredible dedication and passion each competitor pours – literally – into their LEGACY cocktail! Whoever takes home the prize at the end of the week, each and every one of the forty-three competitors will join our ever growing BACARDÍ LEGACY ‘Gran Familia.’

Amsterdam happens to be the home-town of current BACARDÍ LEGACY champion Eric Van Beek, who is Bar Manager at BarTwentyseven. Eric has enjoyed a huge year since winning, travelling with BACARDÍ to China, USA, UK and Germany to serve his LEGACY cocktail Cariño at some of the world’s finest bars. He will join the judging panel for the Grand Final.
