As we come to the end of the financial year, we start looking towards the highlight of our calendar year: the bar industry extravaganza that is Sydney Bar Week in September.
And one of the great events that has beomce a mainstay of Bar Week over the last few years is the Annual Bartenders Agave Brunch hosted by the agave aficionados at Tio’s Cerveceria.
Back for its fourth year, it’s always a great way to kickstart the Sunday of Bar Week, as you catch up with old friends from right around the country — and given the convivial properties of agave spirits, you’ll be making some new pals, too.
