Well, what a year for the Indie Spirits Tasting that was! The dust has now settled on all the excitement of Sydney Bar Week, and that means we’ve got our hands on some great photos of Indie Spirits Tasting Sydney.
The Sydney show is the last Indie Spirits Tasting of the year, and this year was a huge year for the show: we added a fourth city to the schedule this year, when we kicked things off in Melbourne for our first ever Victorian edition of Indie Spirits Tasting. We visited Brisbane in May, Perth in July, and concluded things in Sydney during Bar Week.
It’s been a huge year for the Indie Spirits Tasting, and a bumper year for indie spirits from producers at home and abroad. We’d like to take this moment to thank all our wonderful exhibitors for bringing so much good stuff to the show, and to all the venues who have hosted us through the year.
And big thanks to the Restaurant Hubert team for making this year’s Sydney event — the fifth time we’ve hosted it — the best ever.
