In partnership with The 50 Best Bars, The Blend by Beam Suntory invited the next generation of bartenders globally to share their #FuturePositive vision. From a tiny adjustment to a large-scale overhaul, applicants submitted their creative solutions to the challenges facing hospitality today.

With inspiring suggestions and fresh thinking that ranged from fostering an inclusive and benevolent bar community to giving more space to education on self-care and sustainable practices, selecting the Top 25 applicants from hundreds of entries was an arduous task.

Now in its second year, The 50 Best Bars The Blend Scholarship continues to give a voice to the upcoming industry trailblazers. Bartenders from around the globe presented their ideas for shaping a better future for hospitality.
