– include a minimum 30ml of ELIT Vodka
– contain a maximum of 75ml of 40% ABV (80 proof) spirit before dilution
– should be original, and innovative and deliver against the set scoring criteria
– include a maximum of three homemade ingredients (excluding simple preparation methods like juicing).
– 6 Ingredients are the maximum number able to be used in serve recipe, excluding ice.
