Diplomatico Rum is excited to announce the Australian launch of its prestigious “Artisans of Taste” program, an advocacy platform designed to engage and inspire the next generation of bartenders. More than just a competition, Artisans of Taste is a year-long program beginning with educational activities that celebrate the core values of the brand: craftsmanship, community, and creativity
This year’s program centers on the theme of “Diplomatico x Cacao,” challenging bartenders to explore the art of using cacao in their techniques mixed with our premium rums. “We’d really love to see our entrants using Cacao in their recipes. We also encourage the use of homemade ingredients and products from local artisans” Linus Schaxmann, Diplomatico Brand Ambassador said.
The grand prize is an unforgettable, all-expenses-paid trip to Brazil, where the national winner will join other country winners for a one-of-a-kind experience. This is not just about a single win; it’s about joining a global community and becoming a long-term brand advocate. Winners may also be invited to collaborate on future Diplomatico projects.
Masterclass Dates
To help you perfect your recipe and get to know the brand, we have started a series of masterclasses across Australia! We’ve already held fantastic sessions in Perth and Brisbane, and the remaining classes will be held in Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide. Each session is a chance to dive deep into the world of Diplomatico and learn from experts.
