SPICED PEAR BELLINI
 Glass: Flute
 “A richly spiced twist on this classic with pear, spiced syrup and Mumm Champagne”
 15ml    Chivas Regal 12yo
 5ml      spiced syrup (vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom)
 30ml    pear puree
 5ml      fresh lime juice
 90ml    G H Mumm Champagne
 Add chilled ingredients to a Champagne flute glass.
 Garnish with a caramelised pear crisp.
