Did you notice how much that sentence annoyed you? Try this one: You should be nicer to people. Or hows about this: You should get a new job. Those statements really piss people off, right? Even when they offer good advice.
If I’m going to be perfectly honest (which doesn’t happen all that often), the bartender in me is just a wee bit loathe to share this site with you; it is, however, my duty to inform you that The Cocktail Kingdom, which I have previously reviewed in Australian Bartender, has, while I wasn’t looking, undergone an upgrade.
So, in honour of this booze-fuelled fiesta, film.com published their list of ‘The Best Modern Examples of Drinking on Film’. With the exception of Old School, the crew at the 4bars office heartily disagrees with their list and as such, we have compiled our own. So here goes (in no particular order):

As bartenders, though, if we can do our best not to get upset, we’ll be doing ourselves, our bosses, and our customers, a huge favor. Remember that the bartender is the one person in the bar that everyone counts on.
