The Village

The Village Hotel (formerly the East Sydney Hotel) has recently benefited from a ‘triumphant return’ to the drinking scene. The site is sporting a new dining room and a fresh make over that has reinvigorated one of Sydney’s favourite drinking spots.

Malt Supper Club, Perth

Set in a plush interior the Malt Supper Club is one of Perth’s new additions having opened late November 2010. Maddy Andrijich, Venue Marketing Manager, describes their offering as; “a new bar that is a little bit different, a late night bar that serves light supper style food until late.”

The Cut Bar and Grill

Norfolk Hotel

James Miller and James Wirth have certainly made another good move on the Sydney bar scene with this latest opening coming ‘on-line’ just as 2010 came to an end. A short walk from Central Station and within a stones throw of venues like the Sydney Football Stadium and the Belvoir St Theatre to name a couple, The Norfolk Hotel is providing Surry Hills with a great option for a night out.

The venue is owned by Jamie Pickering and Craig Missen who also own The Bedroom Nightclub in Surfers Paradise. With their extensive experience in hospitality, the owners decided to keep the design of the venue in-house and charged Maya Eschembrenner and Bastian Foersterling with the task of bringing their concept to life.
