Manly’s burgeoning bar scene is welcoming a stylish new addition to its ranks thanks to the opening of Miss Marley’s. This new venue is brought to you by Adam Clarke and Kieran Baily (formerly of Henry Afrikas) and is their unique take on the much talked about ‘small bar concept’. They tell us that the venue is “1950s glam meets the passion of central and South America.”

Miss Marley’s specialises in Tequila and cocktails delivered by co-owner Kieran Baily – an award winning UK bartender who heads up the bar team. The menu has a strong focus on Tequila and we’re also told to expect premium spirits, fresh exotic fruits and an attention to detail that will “take your palate on an exotic journey to agave heaven.”

From the kitchen comes a vibrant ‘Pan American’ menu created by their chef Trinidad Lopez. Inspired by Latin America’s street markets the fare is inspired by Cuba, Jamaica, Argentina, Peru and the chef’s homeland of Chile. Highlights include the Aji de Gallina – a peruvian curry of turmeric, chilli and chicken, King Prawn Chupe with manchego crust and the Cheviche of Kingfish and Tuna served with a side of mixed grapes and a shot of Pisco Sour.
