Award-winning operator of Luxe Bar, Andy Freeman, is set to spruce up the streets of Perth’s CBD with a new speakeasy-style small bar, Varnish on King. The bar will sit in the basement of a heritage-listed building and bring a taste of New York cocktailing and character to the central business district from 2013.
There are plans to offer American-influenced food to complement the focus on whiskey and wine. Watch this space for updates.
