The arrival of Pirate Life Perth has brought the biggest brewpub to the CBD, incorporating an in-house brewery, casual fine-dining restaurant TOMA and two private dining rooms, The Mezz and TANK – with the promise of more to come.

This new venue in the Perth CBD comes from Andy Freeman and the Sneakers & Jeans group, who own The Flour Factory, Varnish on King, and Hadiqa in Perth (to name just a few).
New Perth venue Hadiqa is the latest addition to Andy Freeman’s growing stable of venues under his Sneakers & Jeans banner, joining the award-winning whiskey bar Varnish on King, tequila joint Caballitos, and The Flour Factory.
Perth operators have come together to get Thursday nights in the Perth CBD and Northbridge happening, with the Let’s Thursday Like It’s Friday campaign.

Andy Freeman, fresh from the success of his Perth CBD bar Varnish on King, has told Australian Bartender that another bar is in the works.
“The main point was, it was always going to be American Whiskey and wine focused with “real food” on offer – that never changed,” said Andy Freeman when asked about the evolution of his new Perth bar, Varnish on King.
