The new spirits importer on the block, Luxe Wine + Spirits, are launching these two spectacular gins on to the Australian market.
Produced by Cambridge Distillery in the UK, Australian bartenders are now able to get their hands on the Japanese Style Gin and Cambridge Gin.
The Japanese Style Gin combines the traditional juniper with Japanese botanicals: with shiso leaf, sesame seeds, cucumber, sansho (an earthy spice) and yuzu, this is truly a unique gin.
The Cambridge Gin is a seasonal gin, limited to just 50 litres and using ingredients that the master distiller grows or forages in and around his home — there’s only 60 bottles available for the Australian market.
