Developed by bar manager Brendon Osmers (you may remember him from his numerous Top 8 finishes in the Bartender of the Year), the Mineral House Cocktail is a drink that uses its classic proportions to pack in layer upon layer of flavour.

The 2018 Negroni Week will kick-off in just a few days and bartenders all around Australia are getting ready to celebrate the iconic Negroni cocktail and raise a glass for a good cause. 250 venues have already registered to support a charity of their choice by donating a portion of their Negroni sales between the 4th and 10th of June.
“Amongst all of this I feel that you’ll get a great insight into not only the team here at The Gresham, but our combined passion for this wonderful industry of ours and just how passionate us QLD’ers are,” says The Gresham’s Ryan Lane.
The Gresham is known for its love of American whiskey, but they’re not afraid to play around the stuff from old Scotland, either.
