Nick & Nora’s is the latest bar to come from the Speakeasy Group, and represents their first foray into Parramatta — the geographical heart of Sydney.
As with all things Speakeasy Group — whom you may know from such award-winning bars as Eau de Vie Sydney and Melbourne, Boilermaker House, and Mjolner Sydney and Melbourne — they’ve brought their signature flair for the extravagant to the new venue, which might be their most ambitious yet.
To start with, the bar is situated on the 26th floor of a building that offers some spectacular views: the venue has 260 degree views from the bar and a large, 100 capacity balcony in addition to a dedicated cigar balcony that caters to 60 people.
And there’s some extravagant options to be had on the menu, too: oysters and caviar are among the food options, and there’s an extensive champagne list in addition to the experiential cocktail serves you’ve come to expect from the group that gave us Eau de Vie.
