Moutai, the most revered spirit in China, is calling on Australia’s most creative bartenders to enter its annual cocktail competition, ‘Enter The Dragon’. Entries close this Friday.
Patrick steps into the newly created role with nearly 10 years of experience in the Australian hospitality industry. Having worked at and run some of the top bars and restaurants in the country, his focus has always been on sharing his love of fine food, spirits and wine with just about anyone who will listen.
Untold comes in the form of a distinctive, full-bodied, full strength spiced rum and a range of premixed spiced rum drinks made by renowned bartender Dave Kerr (The Beaufort) and his fellow Australian bartender friends Nathan Beasley (Black Pearl), Oscar Eastman (ex-Eau de Vie) and Dre Walters (The Lobo Plantation).
The brand will once again include Whiskey in the blend, which previously had been phased out until Sazerac purchased the iconic brand in 2016.
The six ‘Perfectionists’ bartenders will battle it out in front of an expert panel of judges that will decide the winning cocktail on appearance, originality, service and most importantly flavour.
