The Blends of The Virtual World will bring you inspiring ideas, learning opportunities and connection moments through a series of content modules, discussions and workshops for the people both behind and beyond the bar.
There are 11 Australian bars, bartenders and products that land in the honours this year.
Byrdi is the work of the boundary-pushing Luke Whearty and his partner Aki Nishikura, and it has been a long time in the works.
The Melbourne experience saw 16 bartenders hosted at BYRDI (recently added to Melbourne’s must see venues!) for breakfast and then departing Melbourne CBD to head to the Yarra Valley.
