Vote now in the 2011 Bartender Magazine’s Most Influential List

With the huge success that was the 2009 Bartender Magazine Most Influential List, this biennial event is already underway in 2011. What promises to be a stellar list of Australia’s leading bar professionals will go under the hammer of you, the voting industry, to determine the most influential person on the Australian bar scene. Of the definitive list Bartender‘s publisher, David Spanton says; “We think this is a great initiative; one that really rewards those people who help make the bartending and hospitality industry a great place to be.” In 2009, Vernon Chalker (2009 Operator of the Year (multiple venues) at the Australian Bar Awards) – a well known figure both in his home state of Victoria and around the country took out the top spot thanks to a massive voting turnout by the industry.

The Top 50 for 2011 will be announced in the March issue of Bartender magazine with the Top 10 set to be unveiled at another sensational celebration sometime in April this year at a yet to be determined Sydney location.
