This week sees the opening of a new bar in the Speakeasy group’s stable: Bottleneck. Located in the space that the now defunct Art Lounge occupied in the Kirketon Hotel (and practically on Eau de Vie’s doorstep) the new bar from Sven Almenning and company will focus on “meat balls, Bloody Marys and boutique beers,” said Almenning, with plans to open Wednesday night.
“We’ll also be doing a small pickleback list, as well as house sodas, all of which will change on a nearly daily basis,” he told us.
They will be open for lunch and dinner with plans for breakfast on the cards too.
