‘A place to master the way’; The House of Suntory’s DOJO program aims to inspire and educate hospitality professionals across the globe, immersing them in authentic Japanese craft culture.
This upcoming DOJO Masterclass will see Ueno-san taking stage behind the bar to give you first-hand information and demonstrations around the ‘Art of Japanese’ bartending, its history and what makes it so special and unique from other countries.
Members of The Blend are exclusively invited to experience hands-on cocktail-making techniques featuring ‘Bar High Fives’ world-famous signature serves, the ritual of ‘Omotenashi’, as well as an impactful ice-carving showcase inviting you to carve your creation to be enjoyed with an special drop of Hakashu 12YO whisky.

You will have the opportunity to put your skills to the test – shaking, stirring, as well as ice-carving alongside the Japanese veteran.
There will be the very best of ‘Bar High Five’ serves on offer featuring House of Suntory brands – Roku Gin, Haku Vodka and Toki Whisky, substantial snacks crafted by our venue partners, as well as a custom-made DOJO ice-carving kit – one of five in the country up for grabs to attendees!
