Here’s something we saw online: the man in the hat, Mr. Phil Bayly, chats to Del Maguey single village mezcal founder, Ron Cooper, over on Bayly’s tequilaworld.com.au. Phil also tell us that Cooper will be visiting Australia in early 2013, and in related news that’s worth drinking to, Think Spirits are taking care of the distribution for the Del Maguey mezcals come January 1st.
