Maybe Sammy team to manage food and bev offering at new Sydney CBD hotel

This morning, the owners of award-winning Sydney cocktail bar Maybe Sammy have announced a partnership with TFE Hotels to manage the food and beverage offering of a new premium hotel experience due to open early 2021 on the corner of George and Hunter Streets in the Sydney CBD.

The team behind Maybe Sammy, co-owners Vince Lombardo, Stef Catino and Andrea Gualdi, will manage the bar and restaurant (working title Deans on 22) as well as the in-room dining and drinking experiences, which will include Maybe Sammy bottled cocktails.

With a ranking of #11 in the world and having secured Best Bar in Australasia for the second year in a row as well as the Art of Hospitality award at the recent 2020 The World’s 50 Best Bars, Maybe Sammy are revered for their focus on service, hospitality, guest experience as well as their cocktails.
