What we really wanted to do was make some banging drinks that fit all eventualities. Firstly, we wanted to create something refreshing, easy to make and perfect for a day off. It has been even more incredible for us at the CAMPARI ACADEMY to be able to kick off 2021 with our ‘The Spritz Explained’ & ‘Mai Tai (R)evolution’ Training Programs, and for the first time since 2019, being able to host our Masterclasses around Australia.
Those venues across Australia that range Never Never gin as a martini option will receive a 1kg jar of the Botanical Cocktail Onions for free, such is the brand’s ambition to spread the word on the tasty garnish.

And if you want to push yourself to the next level, you’ll pick up knowledge and skills beyond the bar so you can drive the industry forward.
The “Where Next?” campaign is being spearheaded by Glenfiddich and will take a deep dive into what the industry – and all of the brilliant characters in it – has endured over the past 12 months.
The first session “Healthy Mind & Healthy Bar” will be held on the 31st of May and will be hosting not one but FOUR speakers covering some very real and relevant topics
